Course Description
As more organisations move toward cloud-hosted applications, cloud-proficient IT pros are increasingly in-demand. The MCSA Office 365 certification will enable you to demonstrate your skills in transitioning to and administering cloud-hosted business applications with Office 365.
You are required to complete two exams to earn the MCSA: Office 365 certification:
70-346 – Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements
- Provisioning Office 365
- Planning and Implementing Networking and Security in Office 365
- Managing Cloud Identities
- Implementing and Managing Identities by Using DirSync
- Implementing and Managing Federated Identities for Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting Office 365 Availability and Usage
70-347 – Enabling Office 365 Services
- Managing Clients and End-User Devices
- Provisioning SharePoint Online Site Collections
- Configuring Exchange Online and Lync Online for End Users
- Planning for Exchange Online and Lync Online

Certification Details
In order to earn your certification, you’ll have to sit an exam after completing your course with us. To prepare you for your exam, we provide interactive quizzes after each module and a mock exam at the end of your course to ensure you’re fully prepared for the real thing. Once you’ve passed with at least 85%, you’ll be ready to book your exam as a private candidate.
Booking your exam is pretty simple, just purchase your exam voucher and schedule your exam. To make life easier, we can help you find an appropriate exam centre and give you all the information you need to secure your place.
