What is the NUS Extra Card?
The National Union of Students (NUS) designed the NUS extra card for students or learners who are not members of a traditional Student Union. This card can be used as proof that you are a student and will enable you to benefit from a range of student discounts.

The NUS Extra card is accepted by numerous high street and online retailers, leisure providers and other outlets, with students enjoying average annual savings of over £500.

Can international students apply for an NUS Extra card?
Yes, international students can still apply for the NUS Extra Card, but you need to use a UK address to register. While the discounts and offers with NUS Extra Card are generally UK-based, if you join, you can also upgrade your membership with ISIC. The ISIC upgrade turns your NUS Extra Card into an International Student Identity Card, giving you access to over 40,000 discounts worldwide. Find out more at the ISIC website.
